In Executive Leadership Coaching, I create a safe space and enable true transformation.

My work is based on the psychodynamic-systemic model, an effective tool to make different subjective spheres of influence tangible and initiate change processes. The coaching involves engaging with your own personality, professional and informal roles, as well as the organizational environment.

OUR COACHING-PROCESS IN SEVEN STEPS:

  1. Getting to Know Each Other: Let’s find out what drives you. In the first conversation, we’ll talk about your challenges and goals to understand where you want to go.

  2. Chemistry Check: If the chemistry is right, we take the next step. We’ll sit down together and establish a coaching agreement. This process may also include a joint conversation with your supervisor.

  3. In-Depth Insights: We’ll meet four to six times, each session lasting 60 minutes, either online or in person—whatever suits your needs. Ideally, we’ll have sessions every 14 days.

  4. You’re Not Alone: Between sessions, I won’t leave you hanging. I’ll be available via email to support you as you implement your action steps.

  5. Ethics First: We adhere to the Global Code of Ethics.

  6. Supervision: I work with the psychodynamic-systemic approach. Regular professional supervision of my work enhances the quality of your coaching.

  7. Future Focus: Optionally, after the coaching process, we can hold a closing conversation with your supervisor. Together, we’ll reflect on the results and plan the way forward.
