LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: MOVE*

MOVE* is aimed at high-potential and high-performing individuals within organizations—people who shape the company, whether in their role as experts or in their responsibility as leaders.

MOVE* has two goals: to closely connect people from different areas of the company (breaking down silos) and to develop them both individually as a person and in their role as a leader within the organization.

In MOVE*, we operate on the belief that professional development is always also personal development.

Leadership as “the way we take action” goes far beyond traditional leadership development.

In MOVE*, participants dive deep.

MOVE* creates a safe space for reflecting on one's own identity, fostering deeper awareness that enables a new way of being and acting.

In addition, MOVE* provides new knowledge, teaches practical tools, and optimizes already existing leadership skills.

All of this takes place in an intensive group process. The group of participants repeatedly becomes a sparring partner for one’s own development; social tensions are deliberately provoked, and group dynamics are consciously used.

MOVE* is a modular program. The composition of the individual elements creates a tangible impact that extends beyond the group of participants.

The content of each module guides the group through the shared process. The details of the content are tailored to the individual group and their specific journey.
