In June 2024, the inspiring team event for the Structural and Civil Engineering Division 2 of the Direktion Mitte took place. Under the theme “CHECK IN* – Time for Things That Fall Short in Everyday Work” the event provided a great opportunity to come together as a team, strengthen existing connections, and build new ones to make future collaboration even more effective.

The goal of the event was to foster communication, understand current challenges, and identify areas for improvement. Creative ideas, targeted facilitation, and intense 1:1 and group discussions created a dynamic and varied experience that strengthened the team bond. A highlight of the event was the joint canoe trip, which was not only great fun but also offered plenty of time for reflection. It became clear how important it is to understand and consciously live out one's role within the team.

The first day began with a warm welcome and interactive sessions focused on communication and team dynamics. A relaxed evening program allowed for personal conversations and celebration.

The second day focused on reflection and developing new perspectives. Through targeted exercises and group work, participants were encouraged to recognize their strengths and discover new courses of action.

The conclusion was clear: If you want to go far, you can only get there together!
